This book desribes Brennan Manning's experiences of faith through his eyes as an alcoholic. This is a simple, yet profound book. It demonstrates the reality of God's grace and how we don't deserve it. I found it a thought-provoking and profound book. It is not long, 235 pages and it is an easy read. I read it slowly though, because it was so thought provoking.
